College Level Pitching Class

Four 90-minute Sessions | $299

This course is designed to maximize your own strengths, identify weaknesses and personalize your pitching priorities in order to give yourself the best chance at reaching the next level. The class will help you learn to use data to develop while with learning how to read a hitter’s stance, swing and pitch situationally. We also aim to show you how to separate yourself from the crowd and stand out as a true pitcher who knows how to control the game and consistently put himself and the team in the best position to win.

Also offered in your purchase are (2) free one-on-one lessons, personal access throughout the course via email and entry to our private Baseball Bridge Facebook Group available only to those of your level.

Four 90-minute classes offered live via Zoom for maximum interaction and/or delivered to your inbox to watch at your convenience. We set the classes at 12 to build a pitching staff much like you would be around during the course of a season. Guest speakers will be on to discuss professional advancement, data analytics and scouting throughout baseball.

Each class is broken up into three digestible sections with a 5-Minute Q&A built in per transition. Specifically, this class deals with the understanding and application of:

  • The basic structure of a Throwing Routine and how its the most important thing you do

  • Throwing harder vs pitching faster on time

  • Pitch design; when, how and why to do it

  • How to breakdown video and assess your own mechanics, (What to look for)

  • Controlling the count and tempo of a game

  • Importance of competition as a priority over data

  • How to identify your personal strengths and weaknesses as a pitcher

  • Pitch usage and zone quality for easiest outs

  • Knowing how to identify energy dumps in your delivery and how to make in game adjustments

  • Roles and different purposes of each during the game, how to prepare for each

  • Knowing what it means and how to be a good teammate

  • Creating cues on the mound to help stay in the moment pitch to pitch

  • Defining what the mental game is and how to implement it properly

  • What is professional baseball like, discussion over different leagues and opportunities past college
