The objectives of this course are to help you learn and understand what to focus on as a pitcher to make yourself stand out. We will discuss how to personally optimize your daily work and the thought process behind it. This is specifically designed to help you understand why you do what you do on the mound and help you become more consistent in the structure and routine of how to achieve the most success possible. Whether you are trying to make your team or preparing for the future, we cover all topics that will immediately upgrade your game and give you a leg up.

Included in this class is (1) free lesson via Zoom, (1) personal video breakdown and assessment of your delivery, one-on-one access throughout the course via email and entry to our private Baseball Bridge Facebook Group available only to those of your level.

Four 60-minute classes offered live via Zoom for maximum interaction and/or delivered to your inbox to watch at your convenience. We set the classes at 12 to build a pitching staff much like you would be around during the course of a professional season. Guest speakers, printable worksheets and presentations will be including to help expand your knowledge of pitching and a high level mindset overall.

Each class is broken up into two digestible sections with a 5-Minute Q&A built in per transition. Specifically, this class deals with the understanding and application of:

  • Importance of your daily Throwing Routine, how to go about it and how to see your growth

  • How to identify possible red flags that hinder development

  • Introduction into a competitive mindset, how to develop it

  • Creating cues on the mound to help stay in the moment pitch to pitch

  • The primary focus at each distance while throwing as you move back

  • Bullpen structure, what it means and how to create your own to sharpen your toolset

  • Setup and posture positioning on the mound

  • Athleticism along with rhythm and timing in ones delivery

  • Attacking the strike zone and embracing contact

  • Self talk and self evaluation to keep attention on what one wants rather than what one fears

  • Learning mental skills to help cope with stress on the mound
