The objectives of this course are to introduce ideas for growth and development of the professional pitcher. We exist to provide a creative and innovative progression that is easy to follow and take with you. This course is designed to help you become your own best pitching coach, offering steps and tips to implement to your game no matter where you are at in your own personal development.

Four 90-minute classes offered live via Zoom for maximum interaction and/or delivered to your inbox to watch at your convenience. We set the classes at 12 to build a pitching staff much like you would be around during the course of a season. Guest speakers will be on to discuss professional advancement, data analytics and scouting throughout baseball.
Each class is broken up into three digestible sections with a 5-Minute Q&A built in per transition. Specifically, this class deals with the understanding and application of:
Building blocks of a proper Throwing Routine
Video breakdown and analysis of pitching mechanics and delivery
Structuring bullpen styles and creating personal routines to enhance your strengths
Situational pitching and all aspects of controlling the running game
The ability to read a hitter’s swing and stance
Sequencing pitches, grips and strategies according to Counts
Level to level progression and how to move up quicker
What managers are looking for in pitchers and expectations of roles on a team
Development through data and how to decipher information that is important and relevant
Communication with oneself, catcher, staff and team
Cultivate an unbreakable mindset on the mound and how to separate oneself from your player
