Four 45-minute classes offered live via Zoom for maximum interaction and/or delivered to your inbox to watch at your convenience. We set the classes at 12 to build a pitching staff much like you would be around during the course of a professional season. Guest speakers, printable worksheets and presentations will be included to help expand your knowledge of pitching and a high level mindset overall.

Each class is broken up into three digestible sections with a 5-Minute Q&A built in per transition. Specifically, this class deals with the understanding and application of:

  • What it means to be a pitcher and not a thrower

  • The importance of a daily throwing routine

  • Proper mechanic breakdown and things to look for or feel that impede your growth

  • Focus at each distance while throwing as you move back

  • Focus at the distances and how the change while working back in

  • Bullpen structure and how to create your own

  • Setup and posture positioning on the mound

  • Athleticism along with rhythm and timing in ones delivery

  • Attacking the strike zone and embracing contact

  • Self talk and self evaluation to keep attention on what one wants rather than what one fears

  • Learning mental skills to help cope with stress on the mound
